On my visits to Nepal, the pre and post trek accommodation was organised by the trekking company. In 1992 I stayed at the Blue Start Hotel in Tripureawar and in 1999 at the Royal Singhi near the Rani Pokhari. Both are classy establishments ideal for a little luxury at the end of a long, hard trek.
